Consulting & Technical Advisory
Consulting & Technical Advisory is for teams that know something in their AdTech stack isn't working but don't have the internal bandwidth or outside perspective to diagnose what, exactly. We start with an honest assessment of your current platforms, workflows, and data flows, identify where the friction or waste actually is, and recommend changes that fit your budget and team size — not a generic best-practices deck. That might mean a platform swap, a workflow redesign, or simply confirming that what you have is fine and the real problem is process. All of it is grounded in what we've seen work across other ad ops teams, not theory.
A typical engagement starts with a discovery phase — reviewing your stack, sitting in on how your team actually works day to day, and pulling together findings into a straight assessment of what's working and what isn't. From there we build a prioritized roadmap, not just a list of recommendations, so you know what to fix first and what can wait. Our recommendations are based on fit with your infrastructure and goals, not on which platform we'd prefer to implement afterward — and if the answer is 'don't migrate yet,' we'll tell you that too.
Strategic programmatic advisory, audits, vendor evaluation, and specialized AdTech consulting.
Frequently asked questions
What does an 'ecosystem assessment' actually involve?
We review your current ad servers, DSPs, SSPs, and supporting tools, how data flows between them, and where your team spends time on manual workarounds. The output is a written assessment of what's working, what's creating friction, and where the highest-impact changes would be — not a generic audit template.
How is this different from your Platform Implementation & Migration service?
Advisory is the 'should we, and if so how' conversation; migration is the 'let's actually do it' execution. Many engagements start with advisory to build the case and the plan, then move into migration once a direction is chosen — but you can also use advisory on its own if you're not ready to commit to a switch.
Are your platform recommendations influenced by vendor relationships?
Our recommendations are based on what fits your infrastructure, budget, and goals, not on which vendor we'd prefer to implement afterward. If the right call is to keep your current setup, that's what we'll recommend.
Can you help us run an RFP or evaluate vendor proposals?
Yes. We can help define your evaluation criteria, review vendor proposals against your actual technical requirements, and flag gaps that a sales deck won't mention.
Is this a one-time engagement or ongoing advisory?
Both are common. Some clients bring us in for a single assessment tied to a specific decision, like a platform switch; others keep us on retainer as an ongoing technical sounding board as their stack and needs evolve.
